For the 11th year, the Albina Rotary Club will present the Neil Kelly Memorial Scholorship awards to high School seniors from North-Northeast.
The day recognizes decades of community services contributed by the late Neil Kelly, a Northeast business owner and charter member of Albina Rotary.
