The purpose of this event is to provide the public with an opportunity to reveiw and comment on the final design concept, based on community input, to create a "gateway" into Northeast Portland where NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and NE Grand Ave meet. The project also includes a design concept for up to eight Heritage Markers to be placed at strategic locations along Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
