Applicants are encouraged to utilize materials from this web site, which is the most up-to-date source of information for the grants program. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the most recent information and materials are used to apply.

Application Instructions:
  1. Access the proposal application guidelines below, which lists funding priorities, proposal narrative instructions, and proposal attachments list. Please read the guidelines to ensure your organization and project qualifies before accessing the online proposal cover sheet.
  2. Access and print the Black United Fund's Diversity Chart and Budget Summary for the proposal application packet.
  3. Please fill out and submit the online proposal cover sheet.
  4. Send proposal application packet with required attachments and narrative by August 15, 2007 to:

All proposal applications must be received at the Black United Fund of Oregon's office by 5:00pm on August 15, 2007. Late, faxed, or incomplete applications are not eligible for consideration.
