The Black United Fund of Oregon (BUF-OR) serves as a fiscal sponsor for grassroots and emerging organizations. Contributions provided to these organizations are administered by BUF-OR who provides fiduciary oversight, financial management, mentorship and other administrative services to help build the capacity of these projects.
