The program is free to join and offers benefits for participants at all stages of career development. BUF-OR Alumni participate on our program committees, act as coaches to younger students, volunteer at events, and more.
Alumni are eligible for scholarship opportunities, exclusive events, professional networking opportunities, and more!
Program Requirements:

Must have participated in a BUF-OR program (Scholarship Recipient, Scholarship Workshop attendee, mentee, BUF Talks, etc.) within the past three years.

Must be willing to volunteer a minimum of five (5) hours per year through BUF-OR.

Must pass a background check annually to interact with youth under 18.
